Document Portal

SmartSpace supports the administration and management of documentation for employees and third parties that want to work within the organisation.

 

  • Legal certificates and medical forms (CQC)

  • Documents can be defined as mandatory

  • Access to services and the ROTA can be restricted based on current document status

  • Documents can be time sensitive

Reporting

Users can create numeric or graphical reports that highlight the ongoing status of your services.

Reports can be set to run at specific intervals (daily, weekly, etc.).

Reports can be sent via email to specific users at pre-determined times (i.e. every Friday evening).

Reports can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the contracting service provider (i.e. NHS Hospital).​​
